Elective Courses in Oncology for Medical Students
With the key goal of encouraging medical students to specialise in an oncology related discipline, ECCO is organising the 9th and 10th Elective Courses in Oncology for Medical Students in Antwerp (Belgium) from 9 to 20 July 2012 and Poznan (Poland) from 27 August to 7 September 2012.
The courses provide insight into all aspects of oncology with both theoretical and practical sessions. The brochure with more information is available on the ECCO website
The courses are open to students who have completed their fourth year of studies at the time of the course. Students will be selected through a competitive application process. Successful candidates benefit from free registration and accommodation as well as a travel grant. Forty eight students will be selected for the two courses.
The courses have been designated for European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System Credits (ECTS).
Applications can only be submitted electronically via the ECCO website between 1 March and 1 May 2012.
